小規模オフィスが集積したエリアにあるシェアオフィス。プライバシーの守られた個々のワークスペースとミーティングスペース・洗練されたキッチンのあるシェアスペースで構成されています。コピーライターの眞木準氏によってARCA(アルカ)(=ラテン語で「方舟」の意)と命名され、窓枠の見えないプリミティブなRC打ち放しの姿が入居者や地域の人々にも親しまれています。

ARCA ‒ a building containing shared offices ‒ is located in an area of Tokyo were lots of small scale offices can be found. The building is composed of small private work spaces, a meeting space and a kitchen on each floor. The building name “ARCA” was developed by the famous copywriter Jun Maki and its meaning is “ark” in Latin. The façade made of fair-faced concrete with trapezoidal shaped openings attracts widespread popularity from its residents as well as local people.
