デュオ柏原 / Duo Kashiwara

福岡市のDUOKASHIWARAは敷地面積約5.8ヘクタール、延床面積約58,000m²、総戸数540戸の中高層集合住宅群で、指名コンペで選定され設計しました。なだらかな南斜面に沿ってたっぷりと緑地を確保し、比較的オーソドックスでゆったりとした配置計画を行い全戸南向きとしていますが、コミュニティホール、スポーツセンター、店舗やサービスファシリティなどで構成されるタウンセンターは、「黄虚」と呼ばれるVOIDを核として物語性を感じさせるやや複雑な空間構成を採用し、都市的な賑わいを演出しています。企画計画段階から人気を集め、販売と同時に全戸完売となりました。

After winning the invited design competition, we set to deal with DUO KASHIWARA project. The mid-to-high-rise apartment of 58,000m² floor spaces on about 5.8 hectare of site accommodates in total 540 apartments. A relatively traditional and broad arrangement was planed in the space organization: gentle southern hillside is richly covered with green and every room is faced at the south. Town Center, comprised of community hall, fitness center, shops and service facility, has somewhat narrative and intricate planning around the core void called “Kohkyo” (lit. yellow void) to provide urban liveliness. The building attracted a number of applicants before its completion and all rooms were sold out soon after the sale began.
