飯田市リニア駅周辺整備計画　実施設計の成果発表会がおこなわれました/Iida City SCMAGLEV Station Area Development Plan Execution Design Presentation.

北川原温建築都市研究所がデザインディレクションを担当している、飯田市リニア駅周辺整備計画の実施設計の成果を、12月４日に佐藤健市長や小澤一郎氏、北川原が参加し、発表されました。
発表会では新たに駅周辺の模型や鳥瞰パースを公開し、将来の次世代モビリティの導入を見込んだフレキシブルな交通広場や、地域の自然環境を重視する「グリーンインフラ」の考え方を導入したコミュニティ広場等について説明しました。

On December 4, Mayor Takeshi Sato, Ichiro Ozawa, and Atsushi Kitagawara participated in an online presentation of the Execution Design for the Iida City SCMAGLEV Station Area Development Plan, for which Kitagawara Architects is supervising the design. At the presentation, a new model and perspectives of the station area were shown to the public, explaining the flexible transportation plaza that anticipates the introduction of next-generation mobility in the future, and the community plaza that introduces the concept of “green infrastructure” that emphasizes the local natural environment through the natural infiltration and storage of rainwater.
