東京・港区南青山の宣伝会議本社。前面道路から充分セットバックし、古い楠の切株を生かし都心のささやかな緑を大切にしました。切株から出た新しい芽は今では5mを越える高さに繁茂しこのオフィスの社員だけでなく、道を行き交う人々に潤いを与えてくれます。このオフィスビルの特徴は営業が始まると開く高さ10mのゲートと、ゲートが開くことによって公道と一体化する明るい中庭です。この中庭は来訪者を自然に導きギャラリーやイベントスペースとして多目的に活用される戦略的な交流空間です。

The headquarters of Sendenkaigi Co.,Ltd. at Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Set back sufficiently from the frontal road, this building is involved in surrounded in a carefully kept green with old stump at the central Tokyo. A sprout from the stump grew up to be more than 5 meter high trees, which gives fresh air to not only employees but also passers-by. The feature of this building is 10 meter high gate, opened during business hours. The bright courtyard is integrated with the public road when the gate is open. It is designed to be a community space which leads visitors to the gallery, used for multiple purposes for events.
